Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of restaurant staff to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and improve restaurant performance
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure a skilled and motivated team

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a restaurant management role, preferably in a branded or independent environment

  • Basic knowledge of financials and a willingness to learn and take on extra responsibility
