Restaurant Assistant Manager Opportunity

Giggling Squid is a leading Thai restaurant group in the UK, renowned for its exceptional service and authentic fresh food. We are seeking a talented Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team and contribute to our continued success.

About the Role

As a Restaurant Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences and maintain high standards of food quality and service. You will work closely with the Restaurant Manager to develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences and maintain high standards of food quality and service
  • Work closely with the Restaurant Manager to develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Monitor and control labor costs, inventory levels, and other operational metrics to ensure optimal performance
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the restaurant and drive sales

Requirements
