Restaurant Assistant Manager Opportunity

Giggling Squid is a leading Thai restaurant group in the UK, renowned for its exceptional service and authentic cuisine. We are seeking a talented Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team and contribute to our continued success.

About the Role

As a Restaurant Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in leading our restaurant teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and service, and developing your team members to achieve their full potential.

Requirements

We are looking for a Restaurant Assistant Manager with:

A passion for our authentic fresh food and exceptional serviceExperience working at management level in a branded or independent environmentA keen eye for detail, never compromising on standards and encouraging others to do the sameThe ability to think on their feet, adapting well to the exciting changes working for a growing company can bringLeadership skills, inspiring, coaching, and developing their team every dayA basic knowledge of financials with a willingness to learn and take on extra responsibility
