Restaurant Operations Manager

Giggling Squid is a leading Thai restaurant group in the UK, renowned for its exceptional service and authentic cuisine. We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team in Beaconsfield.

As a Restaurant Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of talented individuals to deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will work closely with our chefs, front-of-house staff, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team of Restaurant Managers and Supervisors to achieve business objectives
  • Developing and implementing operational strategies to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborating with our culinary team to create innovative menus and promotions
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Providing coaching and development opportunities for team members

A successful Restaurant Operations Manager at Giggling Squid will:

  • Have experience working at management level in a branded or independent environment

  • Lead by example - inspiring, coaching and developing their team every day
