Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Pharmacy Leader to join our team as an Advanced Pharmacist for Respiratory. Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will work closely with our multidisciplinary cardiology teams and colleagues in Pharmacy to deliver effective and high-quality pharmacy services to patients in our hospitals and virtual care settings. As a highly motivated and enthusiastic clinical pharmacist, you will be supported to develop and implement your own ideas to ensure optimal pharmaceutical care for our patients.

You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the leadership, coordination, governance, and development of the clinical pharmacy team across the Trust. This role is a key part of our team of Advanced Pharmacists working within the Specialist Medicine Division at UHDB.
