Job Title: Cluster Revenue Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cluster Revenue Manager to join our team at Troo Hospitality. As a key member of our revenue management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective revenue strategies to optimize hotel performance across multiple properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximize hotel revenue and market share.
  • Prepare and present accurate revenue forecasts, identifying trends and opportunities to improve profitability.
  • Monitor and analyze market conditions, competitor pricing, and customer trends to adjust pricing strategies and stay ahead in the market.
  • Collaborate with hotel management teams to ensure alignment between revenue strategies and operational execution.
  • Produce detailed revenue reports for senior management, highlighting key insights and recommending actions to improve financial outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in revenue management within a hotel or hospitality industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and levels of management.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple properties simultaneously.
