Business Operations Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Professional to join our dynamic team in Hexham. As an Accounts Assistant, you will play a crucial part in the overall business operation, ensuring the smooth running of financial processes.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in administration, with a focus on numbers and attention to detail. This role offers a competitive annual salary up to £25,000 and a range of benefits, including a pension plan, annual leave, and life insurance.

Responsibilities

  1. The reconciliation of clients' monies
  2. Credit Control
  3. Purchase ledger management
  4. Preparation of rental statements and transferring client monies
  5. Processing of Agent fees
  6. Liaising with Property Managers and the Accounts team to reconcile bank accounts
  7. Processing incoming and outgoing deposits

Requirements

  • Excellent administration skills, with a focus on numbers
  • High-level computer literacy and experience with multiple systems/programmes
  • Desirable: good understanding of VAT
  • Excellent Customer Service skills and professionalism
