Receptionist - Birmingham

We are seeking a friendly and energetic Receptionist to join our team at Valor Hospitality Europe. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for providing a warm and welcoming experience, answering questions, and offering information about our hotel services and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their queries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage the front desk, handling check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments.
  • Process payments, handle guest complaints, and resolve issues in a fair and efficient manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the hotel team to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experiences.
