Job Description

Job Title: Receptionist - HMP Birmingham Healthcare

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to support our Administrators in HMP Birmingham Healthcare. The successful candidate will hold a Level 1 Qualification in Business Administration or equivalent qualification and have knowledge of detailed secretarial procedures and software programmes such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Assist with the preparation of documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office software.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of business administration procedures and software programmes.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Level 1 Qualification in Business Administration or equivalent qualification.
  • Knowledge of detailed secretarial procedures and software programmes such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Previous experience of working within a secure prison setting is desirable.
