Care Home Deputy Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Deputy Manager to join our team at a Clinical Care Home in Kilmarnock. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day management of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Home Manager in the overall management of the home
  • Lead and manage a team of care staff to deliver high-quality care and support
  • Develop and implement care plans to meet the individual needs of residents
  • Monitor and maintain the home's quality and safety standards

Requirements:

  • Experience working within a care home environment
  • Active PIN (Professional Indemnity Insurance)
  • Deputy management experience preferred, but not essential
