About the Role:
NHS Ayrshire and Arran is one of 14 territorial NHS Boards within NHS Scotland.
We are seeking a skilled Clinical Team Manager to provide management and clinical leadership to the Community Treatment and Care Service (CTAC).
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide management and clinical leadership to the CTAC team.
- Support and develop newly qualified nurses joining primary care teams.
- Ensure high-quality patient care and outcomes.
Requirements:
- NMC registered as a 1st-level adult nurse.
- V300 or working towards (desirable).
Working Hours: 37 hours per week.
Driving Licence/Car Ownership: A full UK/EU/EEA driving licence is essential for this role.
