Job Description Summary

This role's primary responsibility is to provide exceptional customer experiences and enhance business processes. As a key point of contact for internal and external customers, you will offer sales support for the global BRM Team and serve as a liaison between departments to maintain and develop cross-function communication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and verify purchase orders, ensuring accurate customer information and payment details through our 'Know Your Customer' program methodology.
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records, guaranteeing data accuracy and consistency with a focus on standardization and simplification.
  • Compile monthly sales reports, providing valuable insights into business performance.
  • Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries, expediting orders through internal collaboration.
  • Direct customer feedback to relevant departments, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  • Research and suggest new services to offer to clients, driving business growth and expansion.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in business administration or similar preferred.
  • Relevant industry software experience, including SAP, is essential for this role.
  • A strong understanding of sales performance metrics and logistics processes, including Incoterms 2020, is necessary.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft system software and excellent administrative recordkeeping skills are required.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
