Client Service Liaison Officer

We are seeking a skilled and passionate individual to join our Guest Services team at Butlin's as a Client Service Associate. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in creating unforgettable experiences for our guests and exceeding their expectations at every opportunity.
You will be responsible for taking ownership of guest queries and complaints received over the phone and via our online chat service, demonstrating a proactive approach to resolving issues and providing exceptional customer service.
As a Guest Services Advisor, you will work closely with a fantastic team to support you every step of the way, providing guidance and training to ensure you gain the skills and confidence to excel in your role.
With a focus on building strong relationships with guests, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and progress within our resort teams and across the wider Butlin's business.
About You
We are looking for a warm and friendly individual who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and has strong communication skills in all forms. If you are a team player with a positive and planned approach to the working day, a willingness to learn and adapt, and the confidence to make your own decisions and act on initiative, we would love to hear from you.
As a Guest Services Advisor, you will be required to work evenings and weekends, so flexibility is essential. We offer a fun and dynamic work environment with opportunities to develop and grow with our business.
