SIA Security Role


At Haven Holidays, we're seeking a skilled SIA Security Officer to join our team. As a Security Team Member, you'll play a vital role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our guests.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Monitor the premises, conduct regular perimeter patrols, and complete safety and fire equipment checks
  • Respond promptly and efficiently to emergency situations, manage and diffuse confrontations, and keep detailed records of all incidents
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for our team and guests, assist with inquiries, check guest passes, and support the wider team with ad hoc tasks

Requirements:



  • SIA license
  • Experience within a similar role
  • Committed and focused on delivering a professional service
  • The ability to confidently deal with and diffuse any challenging situations
  • Team player, happy to support other departments
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, as well as a positive attitude to customer care
