Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of retail professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
  • Take full responsibility for the store in the absence of the Deputy or Store Manager.
  • Involved in all aspects of the store's running, including recruitment, stock control, and store standards.
  • Lead from the front with a hands-on approach, inspiring your team to maximise sales and performance across all primary KPIs.

Requirements

  • Experienced in working within the retail sector with a minimum of 6 months hands-on supervisory/management experience.
  • Flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
  • Passionate about retail and has a proven track record of delivering high standards and great results.
  • A team player with excellent communication skills to engage and inspire your team.
