Multidisciplinary Autism Clinician

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced multidisciplinary autism clinician to join our team at Roxby House in Scunthorpe.
This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a postgraduate doctoral level qualification in psychology, preferably in clinical, counselling or forensic psychology, to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team comprising psychiatry, speech and language therapy, occupational and sensory integration therapy, and clinical psychology.
The successful candidate will have experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams and working with adults who have intellectual disabilities and/or autism, along with additional needs such as complex trauma, mental health needs, and behaviors of concern.
About the Role:
You will work collaboratively with the team to ensure the needs of adults in our service are met, supporting them to develop a better quality of life within existing frameworks and policies.
Your role will involve working independently within the overall framework of the service's policies and procedures to support the development of empowering environments where people can flourish.

Requirements:
- Postgraduate doctoral level qualification in psychology (clinical, counselling, forensic)
