Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Clinician to join our Clinical Team at Outcomes First Group.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for clinically leading the team and holding a therapy caseload. Working collaboratively with sites across our Adult Services in the Scunthorpe area, you will deliver bespoke assessment and intervention programmes for service users with complex profiles of need resulting from learning disabilities, Autism, and other types of neurodivergence, trauma, and social, emotional, and mental health needs.
You will be supported by our well-established and knowledgeable clinical network and growing Clinical Team, contributing to staff training and consultation. For more information, please visit Outcomes First Group's website.

Key Responsibilities
- Clinically lead the Clinical Team and hold a therapy caseload
- Deliver bespoke assessment and intervention programmes for service users
- Work collaboratively with sites across our Adult Services in the Scunthorpe area

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will require:
- A recognised degree in Occupational Therapy, Speech & Language Therapy, Psychotherapy, or registered as a Practitioner Psychologist with the HCPC
- Clear and concise report writing relating to clinical and research activities
- Experience of providing supervision and supporting a therapy team
- A full UK valid driving licence and access to own vehicle
