About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Waste Management Sales Executive to join our team at Biffa Waste Services. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through the development of new business opportunities and the expansion of existing relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the waste management industry, with a focus on securing new contracts and expanding existing relationships.
  • Account Management: Manage a portfolio of existing accounts, ensuring that volume targets are met and exceeded, and that customer satisfaction is consistently high.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the waste management industry, and to inform business development strategies.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other members of the sales team, as well as with colleagues in other departments, to achieve business objectives and to share best practices.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in a sales or business development role, with a focus on the waste management industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the waste management industry, including market trends and regulatory requirements.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or environmental science.
