We're seeking a results-driven Business Development Representative to join our growing team.

You'll play a key role in driving sales growth for our waste management services and have the opportunity to progress into a senior position or transition to our high-value software sales department.

Drive Sales:
Handle inbound calls, convert leads into happy customers, and consistently exceed sales targets. You'll have a deep understanding of the sales cycle (both long and short) and a passion for building relationships.

Deliver Exceptional Service:
Provide accurate information regarding our services, address customer concerns promptly, and ensure a smooth delivery experience

Be a Team Player:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and work independently within a supportive remote environment. You'll be highly organized, a tech whiz with a knack for learning new software quickly. Familiarity with the waste management industry is a plus, but not essential.

Own computer (minimum 8GB RAM, no more than 2 years old, with sufficient free disk space to run work applications).

Call centre style headset with microphone.
Flexible working hours, Monday to Saturday (2 days off per week - 5 day working week)

Compensation and Benefits:
Competitive base salary of £30,000 to start.
