Maintenance Engineer Position:

We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Add Resource & Labour in Newport, South Wales. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining site equipment, responding to breakdowns, and collaborating with colleagues to improve maintenance efficiency.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct routine maintenance tasks, including inspections and repairs, to prevent downtime and ensure optimal equipment performance.
  2. Investigate and resolve equipment breakdowns in a timely and efficient manner.
  3. Develop and implement effective maintenance plans to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.

Requirements:
  1. A strong background in maintenance engineering, preferably with experience working with electrical or mechanical systems.
  2. Candidates from either electrical or mechanical maintenance backgrounds will be considered for this position.

Compensation Package:
  • An estimated salary range of £45,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • A competitive benefits package, including a contributory pension scheme and life assurance.
  • A generous holiday entitlement, including 25 days annual leave and Bank holidays.
