Maintenance and Repair Engineer Position

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance and Repair Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment, processes, and services across various sites. This includes implementing TPM and PPM techniques to ensure efficient operations and minimize downtime.

  • Maintain and repair equipment, processes, and services according to production and management requirements.
  • Support the production team during changeovers and setup of machinery.
  • Apply Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and Predictive Preventive Maintenance (PPM) techniques safely and efficiently.
  • Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and in line with maintenance processes.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement activities and Health and Safety initiatives.

A time-served apprenticeship with at least 5 years of practical experience in a manufacturing environment is essential for this role. A minimum ONC qualification in Electrical/Mechatronics is required, along with proficiency in PC applications and familiarity with PLC and Pneumatics control systems. Excellent communication skills are vital for success in this position.

The estimated annual salary for this role is £41,500 - £46,000, which includes a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career advancement within the company.
