Claims Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of pre-litigated motor claims, including personal injury from inception to settlement.
- Support delivery of high-quality service and productivity while working closely with colleagues.
- Input accurate data and maintain records.
- Interact with clients, providing professional and empathetic service.
Requirements:
- Desirable experience in motor personal injury claims under the predictive costs regime.
- Experience with the OIC and MOJ portals.
- Pre-litigation experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Negotiation skills.
- Effective communication and organisational skills.
The successful candidate will be a great communicator, dedicated to providing a professional and empathetic service. As a hybrid role, you'll be required to work in the office at least one day per week.
