Domestic Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our dynamic Domestic Sales & Retentions Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in helping customers embark on their energy and sustainability journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer exceptional customer experiences to both new and existing energy customers.
- Manage inbound enquiries and conduct outbound activities targeting existing and previous customers, as well as prospective customers.
- Develop a deep understanding of our business and articulate how our offerings benefit our customers.
- Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their individual needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Ensure quality and compliance are integrated into every aspect of your work.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the Home Moves team and wider business groups to achieve the best outcomes for our customers.
About You
We are looking for a successful sales or customer service professional with a passion for making a positive impact. You will be a true customer advocate who loves connecting with customers and finding the right solutions for them.
Requirements:
- Experience in Sales or Customer Service, with a knack for building rapport with customers.
- Confidence and resilience to handle objections effectively.
- Eagerness to gain a thorough understanding of the Ecotricity business and our unique products.
- Commitment and passion for sustainability and contributing to a greener planet.
- Excellent IT, numeracy, written & verbal communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong team player, self-starter, and target-driven individual.
