Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer medications and treatments accurately and efficiently.
  • Monitor residents' health, promptly addressing any changes, and maintain comprehensive records.
  • Develop, review, and implement individualized care plans that meet each resident's unique needs.
  • Provide guidance and support to Healthcare Assistants, contributing to their ongoing professional development.
