About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Community Engagement Specialist to join our team at Social Academy.

This is an exciting opportunity to support shops with managing different social media channels, aiming to maximize engagement, promote volunteering, and raise awareness of Oxfam's campaigns.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have basic IT skills.

As a Community Engagement Specialist, you'll develop skills that boost your confidence, improve your communication skills in a public-facing role, and put your creativity to good use by making exciting content.

The estimated salary for this role is £18,000-£22,000 per annum, depending on experience.
