Deputy Restaurant Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Restaurant Manager to join our team at Retail Human Resources plc. As a Deputy Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the General Manager in the day-to-day operations of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the General Manager in managing the restaurant's operations, including staff management, customer service, and inventory control.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation.
  • Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Proven track record of success in managing staff, improving customer satisfaction, and controlling costs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
