Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring seamless service delivery and high-quality food standards.
- Lead and motivate a team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant efficiency, profitability, and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with the management team to plan and execute marketing initiatives, promotions, and events.
- Monitor and control labor costs, inventory, and supplies to maintain optimal restaurant performance.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and procedures.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a restaurant management or supervisory role.
- Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and driving sales growth.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including food safety, inventory management, and labor laws.
