Restaurant General Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant General Manager to join our team in Kings Lynn. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of hospitality professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of restaurant staff to achieve sales targets and deliver high-quality customer service
  • Manage restaurant operations, including inventory, stock control, and cash handling
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase customer engagement and loyalty
  • Collaborate with the deputy manager to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a hospitality or leisure management role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent customer service skills
