Quality Assurance and Compliance Lead

Agratas is a world leader in battery technology, and we're now seeking a Quality Assurance and Compliance Lead to join our team in Bridgwater, Somerset. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality products and services that meet our customers' expectations.
Your primary responsibilities will include developing and implementing effective quality management systems, managing supplier relationships, and conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
About This Opportunity:
This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly scaling-up organization and contribute to the development of our UK business headquarters. You will have the chance to work closely with our research teams, develop and implement effective HSEQ systems, and drive continuous improvement across our operations.
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary range of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, private healthcare, car allowance, company bonus, enhanced parental leave policy, and a cash allowance to boost your benefits.
