Quality Assurance Compliance Specialist

We are currently seeking a talented Quality Assurance Compliance Specialist to join our team at OXB. As a key member of the Quality Assurance department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
The purpose of this role is to provide quality systems compliance support and guidance to GXP functions, collaborating closely with business teams to ensure procedures align with regulatory expectations.
With a strong understanding of local and international GXP regulations, you will analyze quality metrics, identify areas for improvement, and develop training programs to enhance the skills of your colleagues.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with business teams to ensure consistency across departments
- Providing guidance on quality-related topics, including technical writing and root cause analysis
- SUPPORTING process improvement projects affecting multiple functional areas
We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including wellbeing programs and professional development opportunities.
