Job Overview

We are seeking a Biopharmaceutical Quality Compliance Specialist to ensure the integrity and compliance of quality systems, contributing to cutting-edge biotherapeutics in a leading Biopharmaceutical company based in the Oxford area.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. As System Administrator/Vault Owner in Veeva Vault (Quality & Clinical), you will support both UK and US sites.
  2. You will train, support, and advise Veeva end users on system requirements and workflows.
  3. Manage day-to-day troubleshooting and support end user queries within Veeva Vault.
  4. Oversee mandatory Veeva Releases, performing impact assessments and validation via Change Control to maintain the system's validated state within strict deadlines.
Role Requirements:
  1. A relevant degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or Computer Science is required.
  2. You must have proven industry experience in a Quality Assurance role.
  3. A working knowledge and practical experience with Veeva Vault, especially Veeva QualityDocs, is essential.
Estimated Salary: £60,000 per year
