Quality Systems Process Coordinator Opportunity

Hyper Recruitment Solutions is delighted to offer a unique chance for a Quality Systems Process Coordinator to join a leading Biopharmaceutical company in the Oxford area. This exciting role involves ensuring the quality and compliance of systems, contributing to groundbreaking biotherapeutic research.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. The Quality Systems Process Coordinator will oversee the administration of Veeva Vault (Quality & Clinical) for both UK and US sites.
  2. The successful candidate will provide expert training, support, and advice to Veeva end users on system requirements and workflows.
  3. Providing day-to-day troubleshooting and supporting end user queries within Veeva Vault is a key aspect of this role.
  4. Leading on mandatory Veeva Releases, including impact assessments and validation via Change Control, is vital to maintaining the system's validated state.
Essential Requirements:
  • A relevant degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or Computer Science.
  • Proven industry experience in a Quality Assurance role.
  • A working knowledge and practical experience with Veeva Vault, especially Veeva QualityDocs.
Salary: £58,000 - £72,000 per year
