Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive and engaging interviews with candidates applying for temporary therapist positions within the spa and leisure sector
- Evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, experience, and personal attributes to assess their suitability for various client assignments
- Onboard therapists onto our Exclusive Temp Booking App
- Act as the primary point of contact between candidates and clients, providing regular updates on shift assignments and addressing any inquiries or concerns
- Build strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a thorough understanding of their strengths, preferences, and availability
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records, ensuring all necessary information is correctly recorded in our internal database
- Collaborate closely with clients to comprehend their staffing needs, shift requirements, and preferences
- Match suitable candidates to available shifts based on their skills, qualifications, and client specifications
- Manage all necessary documentation and communication promptly and efficiently
- Deliver exceptional customer service to candidates and clients, maintaining a professional and positive approach in all interactions
- Post temp job alerts and manage replies from our channels
- Excellent PC, and typing skills and are confident in using Word, Excel, and CRM systems, as well as mobile and apps, this is essential due to the fast-paced nature of this role
- Previous experience interviewing is essential
- Working within a current or previous recruitment role would be beneficial
- Working knowledge of the Spa and Wellness industry would be highly desirable
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment is essential

- Competitive basic salary - £25,000 PLUS the following bonuses and commission
