We are seeking an experienced Assistant Information and Records Manager to join our team in 2024. As a key member of our consult business, you will play a crucial role in delivering information management services to our clients.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient information management and successful project delivery. You will work closely with project teams to implement processes described within ISO19650, including the production and assurance of digital information.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and maintain information management processes and standards for client-facing projects and programmes.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the common data environment (CDE) and global digital centre of excellence.
  • Assure and quality control of documents and artefacts submitted and stored.
  • Support and guide project colleagues in information management practices and processes.
  • Coordinate activities to achieve agreed objectives and provide performance management, development, and coaching.
Requirements
  • Experience in information management from one or more projects and programmes.
  • Effective team member and helping/training others.
  • Working towards technical qualifications and certifications such as APM IM, experience of software e.g. Aconex, SharePoint.
  • Security, cyber security, data protection awareness.
  • Experience of working in an international setting either remotely from or outside the UK. ISO 19650 series, UK BIM framework, CDE management.
