About the Role:

  • Respond effectively to client and stakeholder requests, providing timely and accurate information to ensure satisfaction.
  • Attention to detail in data validation and reporting is crucial to maintaining data integrity and accuracy.

Requirements:

  • Experience in designing risk management reports to inform business decisions and drive strategic planning.
  • Ability to manage and develop employees to ensure a high-performing team that delivers exceptional results.
  • Effective communication and influencing skills are essential to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities are critical to navigate complex business challenges and make informed decisions.
  • Represent the company professionally, upholding the values and standards of Mace.
  • Relevant CSCS Card is a requirement for this role.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of project risk management methodologies, such as PRINCE2 or Agile, to ensure effective risk management practices.
  • Experience working with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and colleagues, to build strong relationships and drive business outcomes.
  • Progress towards professional qualifications, such as a degree in a relevant field or a professional certification, is desirable.
