RBW Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for managing a small team and overseeing the quality assurance process across all European facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a small team of quality professionals in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure consistency and efficiency in quality processes.
- Conduct audits and investigations to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality is integrated into all aspects of the business.
- Provide training and coaching to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a QA capacity, working in a GMP environment.
- Aseptic experience is beneficial, but non-sterile environments will also be considered.
- Leadership and management experience is preferred.
- Strong hands-on experience of a range of quality activities, especially in relation to QMS oversight.
- Auditing experience essential – if you have been a lead auditor, this would be advantageous.
- Knowledge and experience of validation activities.
