Scientist, Technology Development Specialist

We are at the forefront of the rapidly growing cell and gene therapy sector, delivering life-changing therapies to patients worldwide. As a Senior Scientist in our Analytical Development and Technologies group, you will play a crucial role in planning, executing, and reporting experiments or analytical investigations to support our team goals and client work packages.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the development and qualification of cell-based vector potency assays, with a focus on CAR-T products, to support our clients.
- Innovate and develop new analytical assays, improve, and optimize current analytical assays for lentiviral characterization.
- Plan and execute platform and complex assay development/transfer studies independently.
- Apply proven expertise in immunology and immunological assay development.
- Utilize extensive laboratory experience in immunological methods, including tissue culture, ELISA, and luminescence assays, as well as flow cytometry.
- Ensure competency in data capture, reporting, and management systems.
- Maintain a high level of familiarity with Microsoft Office.
