Scientist, Technology Development Specialist

We are at the forefront of the rapidly growing cell and gene therapy sector, delivering life-changing therapies to patients worldwide. As a Senior Scientist, you will play a crucial role in our Analytical Development and Technologies group, driving innovation and excellence in our work.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the development and qualification of cell-based vector potency assays, with a focus on CAR-T products, to support our clients' needs.
- Innovate and develop new analytical assays, improve and optimize current ones for lentiviral characterization.
- Plan and execute platform and complex assay development/transfers independently, leveraging your expertise in immunology and immunological assay development.
- Collaborate with the development team to deliver high-quality results and support client work packages.
- Proven expertise in immunology and immunological assay development.
- Extensive laboratory experience in immunological methods, including tissue culture, ELISA, and luminescence assays, and flow cytometry.
- Competency in data capture, reporting, and management systems.
- High level of familiarity with Microsoft Office.
