Senior Scientist, Analytical Development and Technology

We are at the forefront of the rapidly growing cell and gene therapy sector, delivering life-changing therapies to patients worldwide. Our team is seeking a highly skilled Senior Scientist to join our Analytical Development and Technologies group.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and qualification of cell-based vector potency assays, with a particular focus on CAR-T products. They will also be responsible for innovation and development of new analytical assays, improvement, and optimisation of current analytical assays for lentiviral characterisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and qualify cell-based vector potency assays for CAR-T products.
- Design and implement new analytical assays for lentiviral characterisation.
- Lead the planning and execution of platform and complex assay development/transfer studies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in analytical techniques.
