Role Overview:
As a People Development Advisor at JD Group, you will be the key point of contact for development throughout our organisation. Your role will focus on the whole learning cycle, from scoping learning needs to developing and delivering innovative development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver performance-focused learning and development activities for various audiences across the group, incorporating both virtual and face-to-face facilitated sessions.
- Work closely with line managers to improve team KPI delivery, identify trends, and develop effective individual and team development activities.
- Conduct follow-up activities to ensure the impact of development interventions and inform further learning needs.
- Provide individual and group coaching activities focusing on personal and professional development for colleagues on and off development programs.
- Role-model a growth mindset by staying up-to-date with current learning and development theory and applying it within the business.
- Encourage a learning culture by sharing your learning and facilitating social learning within the group.
- Curate high-quality content to share across the group, promoting social and self-directed learning.
- Adhere to ILM Assured quality standards in delivering programmes that align with these standards.

- Design learning interventions that are effective and produce results.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning and further evidence the return on investment.
