Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Help Desk Administrator to join our vibrant team at Simply Solutions. As a Help Desk Administrator, you will provide first-line technical, Building Management, and Facilities Services support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, or in-person, resolving concerns and ensuring excellent customer experience.
  • Accurately process enquiries, resolving issues where possible or distributing call back requests to the relevant department.
  • Collaborate with the Help Desk team to ensure seamless issue resolution and excellent customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer service and a similar Help Desk role.
  • IT savvy with good knowledge of Microsoft platforms and software.
  • Excellent spelling and grammar skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
