About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Debt Analyst to join our team at Yü Group. As a key member of our Debt Team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering our data strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a strong understanding of our debt systems, including Junifer, Nexus, and Proclaim, and identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Investigate the complete enforcement journey, from debt acknowledgment to warrant process, to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end process.
  • Provide reporting and visualizations to support field engineers in resolving customer account queries.
  • Support the collection and maintenance of customer data to enable efficient servicing of the customer base.
  • Deliver data solutions that adhere to governed policies and procedures, ensuring data quality, integrity, and security.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in debt and data relative roles, with a strong understanding of data reporting values and debt management principles.
  • Preferably, experience in the energy industry or ability to adapt and learn new information effectively.
  • Strong delivery in query resolution, stakeholder management, and problem-solving intermediate data challenges.
  • Competent knowledge and skills in analytical practices and software, including ERP systems, front-end technologies, and debt aging and resolutions methodology.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey specialist concepts to stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements, especially in the context of data protection and privacy.
