Account Coordinator

Bellrock Group is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Account Coordinator to join our team. As an Account Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the regional Client Relationship Manager(s) and Operations Manager in delivering exceptional operational performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all contractual obligations are met and contractual requirements are fulfilled.
- Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and provide timely responses to requests for help and support.
- Manage and escalate client complaints regarding service delivery in a timely manner, with corrective actions closed out quickly.
- Support the Client Relationship Manager in monitoring regional performance, maintaining a regular dialogue with key stakeholders in the client's business.
- Coordinate the activities of Bellrock departments to ensure the necessary data/management information is provided to enable the effective monitoring of the Contract.
- Work with the Data Analyst to respond to ad hoc requests for reports.
- Monitor and liaise with suppliers to ensure the effective day-to-day delivery of the service and identify and escalate any performance issues to the Lead Account Coordinator.
- Monitor and drive timely closure of all PPM, Reactive, Quoted and Remedial Works.
- Coordinate Accounts Payable activity by working closely with the Accounts Payable Team to reduce supplier debt and action both client and supplier queries.
Requirements:
- IT literate – intermediate level in use of Excel – including data manipulation.
- Experience in data management, analysis, and reporting.
Working Arrangements:
