Role Description:
We seek an experienced sales professional to cover the North of England, Scotland, and North Wales. The successful candidate will drive sales performance, manage client relationships, and gain experience necessary for leadership. This role is ideal for someone with strong sales acumen and leadership potential.
Responsibilities:
- Sales: Meet or exceed individual and company sales targets and KPIs by engaging in sales activities, including prospecting, lead generation, client meetings, CRM maintenance, and closing deals.
- Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and new clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering loyalty.
- Partnerships: Leverage our relationship with partners and 3rd parties to foster new partner relationships.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management through reports on sales metrics.
- Marketing: Promote business and services at exhibitions, events, and other opportunities to develop new relationships.
- Personal Branding: Establish and maintain a social media presence to highlight company services and projects.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to ensure alignment between individual sales efforts and broader company objectives.
- Professional Growth: Continuously enhance sales skills and industry knowledge.
