We are looking for an experienced Education Assistant to join our team in Kidderminster. As an Education Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our teaching staff in delivering high-quality education to students.

Job Description:
  • Prepare educational materials and assist in the development of lesson plans, ensuring they meet the needs of diverse learners.
  • Work closely with teaching staff to identify areas of need and develop targeted interventions to support student progress.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree or higher in education or a related field, with a focus on instructional design and student support.
  • Previous experience as an Education Assistant or in an educational setting, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication skills, a passion for education, and the ability to build strong relationships with students, teachers, and parents.
