Educator for Students with Disabilities

We are seeking an experienced Educator to join our team in Worcester, specializing in teaching Mathematics to students with disabilities. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young people.
About the PositionThis role involves delivering high-quality education to students aged 5-19 years old, with a focus on Mathematics teaching to Key Stage 4 level. You will work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
Responsibilities and Requirements- Delivering Education: Teach Mathematics to Key Stage 4 level, using short, medium, and long-term plans to deliver the curriculum.
- Collaborative Teaching: Work closely with colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
- Qualifications and Experience: Hold a PGCE, QTS, Cert Ed, or equivalent teaching qualification, with evidence of in-service training, and possess the ability to teach up to KS4 in Mathematics.
- Competitive Salary: £31,650 - £49,000 per annum (M1 - UPS3).
- Flexible Working Hours: Consideration given for 2-5 days per week.
