About the Opportunity

We are currently seeking a talented Education and Therapeutic Support Worker to join our team at Nurture Learning. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about education, therapeutic support, and making a positive impact on the lives of young people.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing individualised support to students with SEMH and SEND, building strong relationships with students, teachers, and parents/carers, and collaborating with the therapy team to support student wellbeing.
