In this role, you will work as part of a close-knit team to provide care and support to a service user who requires assistance with daily living activities. You will need to have a minimum of 6 months of professional UK Care experience and be able to provide the correct compliance documents.

Key Responsibilities
  • To provide high-quality care and support to the service user, including assistance with daily living activities.
  • To work closely with the service user and their family members to understand their needs and preferences.
  • To maintain accurate records of the service user's care plan and progress.
  • To participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of care plans.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 6 months of professional UK Care experience.
  • To provide the correct compliance documents, including updated Right to Work and original DBS certificate.
