About the RoleWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to lead our care home team in Witney. As a Senior Care Home Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
The ideal candidate will have a Level 5 qualification and a proven track record of managing a care home environment. You will work closely with the Home Manager to achieve financial targets, maintain CQC standards, and ensure the overall smooth operation of the home.
In your absence, you will also manage the home effectively, making decisions that align with company policies and procedures.
What We Offer- A competitive salary of £50,000 per annum, plus a Performance Bonus
