Care Services Lead Opportunity

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Senior Manager in Resident Services. As a Deputy Director, Care, you will be responsible for leading and guiding a team of caregivers to deliver high-quality care and services to our residents.

Responsibilities
  • Supporting and deputising for the Home Manager in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the care home.
  • Leading and guiding a team of caregivers to deliver high-quality care and services to our residents.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A recognised qualification in leadership and management, such as a diploma or degree in social care or a related field.
  • Experience of working in a care home setting, with a proven track record of leadership and team management.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including pension scheme, life insurance, and generous annual leave.
